TTAD Refund Policy

Activity (Lessons, Passes, etc)
A full or partial refund will be issued for any program or activity that is cancelled, for any reason, by the TTAD. Customers may choose to receive either a credit issued to their TTAD account or a refund. If a customer elects to have a credit applied to their TTAD account, it will remain active in the customer’s TTAD account for three years. If the customer elects to have a refund, it will be issued within a month via a check and mailed to the customer’s address.
If a request is made to withdraw or cancel participation from an activity (lesson, class, event, pass, etc) within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund or credit will be issued. Customers may choose to receive either a credit issued to their TTAD account or a refund. If a customer elects to have a credit applied to their TTAD account, it will remain active in the customer’s TTAD account for three years. If the customer elects to have a refund, it will be issued within a month via a check and mailed to the customer’s address.
If a request Is made to withdraw or cancel participation in an activity (lesson, class, event or pass, etc) at least 7 days before the activity begins, a refund or credit will be issued. Customers may choose to receive either a credit issued to their TTAD account or a refund. If a customer elects to have a credit applied to their TTAD account, they will receive a credit equal to the full amount of the purchased activity. The credit will remain active in the customer’s TTAD account for three years. If the customer elects to have a refund, it will be issued for the amount of the purchased activity minus a $15 service fee and will be issued within a month via a check and mailed to the customer’s address.
If it is determined that a customer signed up for multiple classes to “hold a spot”, no credit or refund will be issued.
A request to cancel or withdraw from an activity (lesson, class, event, pass, etc) within 6 days of the start date for an activity will not be allowed and no refund or credit will be provided to the customer.
TTAD does not issue partial or prorated refunds for participants who miss portions of an activity (lesson, class, activity, pass etc).
If a request to cancel or withdraw from an activity (lesson, class, event or pass, etc) is made due to medical reasons, TTAD may require proof of the medical hardship in the form of a doctor’s note or medical documentation. If approved by the Aquatic Director, a credit or refund will be issued. The credit or refund may be pro-rated if an individual attended a portion of an activity. Customers may choose to receive either a credit issued to their TTAD account or a refund. If a customer elects to have a credit applied to their TTAD account, it will remain active in the customer’s TTAD account for three years. If the customer elects to have a refund, it will be issued within a month via a check and mailed to the customer’s address.
Rental
