Aerobics at Tigard Pool
Tigard Water Exercise Classes
Currently we are offering the following classes:
Cost: 3 month, yearly membership, 12 visit passes available or $6 per single visit ($7 out-of-district), please see our fees page for more information.
TTAD is part of the SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit Programs:

- Our shallow aerobics class is offered Monday through Friday 7:30am - 8:30am. This class will be taught by Becky and is great shallow water, high energy aerobic workout! Please check the Tigard pool calendar online for the most up to date info.
- Our other shallow aerobics class is offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday during the spring at 10:15-11:00am. This class will be taught by Becky and is a moderate aerobics, strengthening and flexibility class. Please check the Tigard pool calendar online for the most up to date info.
- Our deep water easy paced class is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays during the spring at 10:15-11:00am. This class is taught by Becky in the deep end and is sure to give you a great workout! Please check the Tigard pool calendar online for the most up to date info.
