Our pools are available to rent! Hour long party rentals are available on weekends. Party rentals vary from $125 - $300/hour depending on the number of people in your group and include exclusive use of the pool and lifeguards. For an additional fee, the classrooms at our Pools can be rented for serving party refreshments. We require at least 10 days' notice in advance of your desired party date to book the event. Please note, your party is not confirmed until you have received a rental agreement and PAID for the rental.
Pool Rental Fees
The Tigard and Tualatin pools may be reserved for private parties for the following fees:
1-25 people in-district is $125 per hour, $150 per hour out-of-district.
26-74 people is $175 per hour in-district, $225 per hour out-of-district.
75-100 people is $250 per hour in-district, $300 per hour for out-of-district.
Pool rental arrangements must be made a minimum of 10 days in advance of anticipated date by the office rental supervisor only. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis and must be continuous with scheduled public activities (i.e. after public swim on weekends).
The pool is typically rented from 4:15–5:15pm or 5:20–6:20pm on Saturday & Sunday (Tigard) or Saturday (Tualatin). The 5:20pm time is only rented if we already have an earlier time booked. A classroom may be rented directly before the swim time.
Please do not bring toys from home - we have noodles and boards available. We do not allow “floaties”. Only USCG approved life-jackets are permitted (with a current US Coast Guard stamp). Swimmers with life-jackets must be in the water and within an arms reach of an adult. Swim diapers are allowed.

** Swimmers under 48 inches need a ratio of one adult per three kids in the water. The supervisor on duty may ask for additional adults to get in the water. An adult chaperone in the bleachers area will be necessary to act as a visual supervisor of your group at a ratio of one adult to 10 children. Kids 14 and under must pass a swim test to utilize the deep-end of the pool.
Classroom Rental
The classrooms at each of our Swim Centers can be rented by the hour for birthday/meeting activities for $50.00 per hour in-district and $75 per hour for out-of-district. The following are guidelines concerning classroom rental:
1. Must be continuous with other scheduled activities.
2. Tables and chairs are available for up to 25 people only. Adult supervision is required.
3. Table decorations and balloons are acceptable (no tape please). No candles, piñatas or confetti are allowed.
4. Set up and clean up must be done during your allotted time. Room must be clean before leaving and a vacuum is available.
5. Food and drink must be consumed in the classroom.
6. No glass containers of any kind are allowed.
7. Alcohol and tobacco products are not permitted on the property.
8. No electronic recording devices of any type are allowed in the locker rooms.
9. Sponsoring person is responsible for the behavior and actions of your guests.
10. All damages will be the sponsor’s responsibility.
