Strengthening & flexibility exercises.

Gentle aerobic, non-impact exercise.

Deep water using flotation devices.

Great for pregnancy or rehabilitation strengthening.

Great shallow water aerobic workout. 

SENIOR FITNESS       Mon, Wed, Fri

June 3-14 @ 10:45-11:30am        June 17-Aug 16 @ 11:30am-12:10pm 

Gentle low impact. Great for flexibility & balance.
