Tigard Water Exercise Classes




Fall Session:  Sept 8 - Nov 25, 2015 

No class: Sept 11, Oct 2, Nov 15

 

  • $60 ($75 out-of district) for entire session - $80 for Multi-Class Pass - $5 per drop-in ($6 out-of-district) 
      • Register on the first day
 

 

Easy Paced Aerobics           Mon. thru Thurs.     7:30 - 8:15 am  

Easy paced, moderate aerobics, strengthening & flexibility exercises

Non-Impact Aerobics           Tues. & Thurs.  8:15- 9:00 am   

Gentle aerobic, non-impact exercise, in deep water using flotation devices. Great for pregnancy fitness, rehabilitation, and strengthening.

High Energy Aerobics          Mon., Wed. &  Fri.   8:15 - 9:00am 

High energy, great shallow water aerobic workout.

Senior Fitness                       Mon., Wed., & Fri.   10:45 - 11:30 am   

Senior Fitness.  Gentle low impact. Great for flexibility & balance.
